La Roqya ou la science du traitement des affections dues à la sorcellerie, mauvais oeils, et aux génies est désormais une réalité en Côte d'Ivoire. Plus de 200 personnes ont déjà été initiées à cette science. Le précurseur le célèbre praticien de renommée internationale Ben Halima Abdel Raouf de nationalité française a fait des démonstrations samedi dernier à Abidjan devant la presse.

Les personnes victimes de la sorcellerie, de l'envoûtement de mauvais ?il et de possession de génie ont désormais des interlocuteurs capables de les guérir. Réunis au sein de la cellule Roqya, une ong spécialisée à cet effet. La Roqya, c'est le traitement par le coran et la médecine prophétique (médecine pratiquée par le prophète Mohammad (PSL)) des affections dues à la sorcellerie, le mauvais ? le célèbre praticien de la Roqya de renommée internationale Ben Halima Abdel Raouf de nationalité française. Selon lui, c'est un combat du bien contre le mal qu'il mène. Dans le sens que ces maux (sorcellerie, mauvais ?il etc.) sont de véritables problèmes de société, des freins au développement social, économique etc. Sensible à la souffrance des populations j'ai décidé de vulgariser en Côte d'Ivoire les méthodes islamiques de lutte contre la sorcellerie et la possession des génies. Ne pouvant pas mener seul ce combat, j'ai formé plus de 200 capteurs de génies. Capables de traiter les personnes victimes , a expliqué le conférencier, selon lui, depuis sa présence en Côte d'Ivoire en 2006 il a traité plus de 4000 personnes avec un taux de satisfaction de 80%.  . Dans la sous région on rencontre les roqy (appellation des praticiens de la roqya)   Les symptômes de personnes victimes de sorcellerie génie ou mauvais ?il, selon Ben Halima Raouf sont de 4 ordres, d'une part les blocages anormaux et répétitifs dans la vie ; problèmes de santé anormaux ; états mentaux anormaux (déprime, oubli) et de l'autre les cauchemars et mari de nuit. Les cas auxquels il dit être confrontés régulièrement sont relatifs au blocage de mariage qui s'accompagne de maris de nuit, le blocage au niveau du travail et des finances, les problèmes de santé (ulcère, trouble des règles stérilité, traumatisme) et enfin les problèmes d'études. La pratique de la Roqya est à cheval entre la religion et la médecine. Elle est basée sur l'utilisation du coran et de la médecine prophétique, mais elle admet l'expérience, la découverte de nouvelles techniques et l'évolution sans sortir du cadre de l'islam.

All praises to Allah and peace and blessings on his Prophet,

This longperiod in Tunisia without travelling was necessary for family reasons and to stabilizethe center. This experience of lodging patients for treatment is globally positive.The center has received patients and students from 4 continents for different periods.The advantage for the patient is to benefit from an intensive treatment: twobaths a day with oil and incense, many readings every day, cupping as much asnecessary, and djinn catching every day and at each crisis if possible. Wereceive 2 kinds of patients: difficult cases for which classical treatment wasnot enough to reach a solution, and those who don’t have a raqi around and haveno other choice than travelling to get treated. For these there is no problembecause the normal treatment is enough anyway. For the difficult cases who comeas an ultimate solution, results are various: some are well cured, even havebecome catchers, others got better but when they returned to their homes their statereturned to previous situation, and some got little improvement or nearlynothing. May Allah help us, we are sorry we can’t do more for them, but we arecheered up by the cases who were blocked so far and got cured by the mercy ofAllah.

As a resultof this experience I decided to continue building centers with boardingfacilities. By the mercy of Allah, that will allow our movement to enter a newstage and be better implemented. The center in Tunisia has been given by myparents and we are adding a floor thanks to the gift of a brother, may Allah rewardthem. The cost of treatments covers the fees of the center and the pay of thehealers as well as improving the environment and communication investment, butit can’t allow building or buying a center. So I have decided to open a paypalaccount to receive donations of those who appreciate our services and teachingsand wish to help. In sha Allah the purpose of this money is to buy or buildcenters and also to start off campaigns. (incha ALLAH a paypal module will beavailable on our website)

 Concerningthe Tunis center, I want to repeat that it functions all year round even when Iam absent, and my aim is always to train the learners to do all what I do sothe patients don’t need to see me personally. The experience led us to limit amaximum number of male and female patients residing in the center, so in orderto come you must contact my wife Masseni Ben Halima masdjen@yahoo.com and she will explain the conditionsin sha Allah. New thingsin the center: many learners are motivated and getting training and one catcheralhamdu lillah, the marriage of the catcher Omar may Allah bless it, anamplifier for roqya, so now we read without shouting and the reading fills bothmen and ladies’ rooms – I advise it to all raqis. We have a new verse for loverdjinns: the last of soorat tahreem that mentions the chastity of Mariam, peacebe upon her. Also if you print the Quran paper with a normal ink printer on aplastic sheet, the ink will dilute easily, so you can use it for treatment, justavoid drinking it. Besides with baby Hamza we have discovered the songs of TouyourBaby and as children and adults started learning them willingly or unwillingly,I decided to turn it into a learning tool by writing the lyrics in Arabic withvowels and French translation, here is the current version. May Allah rewardthe one who will work on them to subtitle them in French and put them back on youtube.

We announcenew healers in Italy, USA, Congo Brazzaville, England, India and Pakistan. Weare now going to Ivory Coast for 20 days from September 23^rd to October12 in sha Allah, then back to Tunisia and new trip to South Africa for 40 daysin sha Allah around 10 November.
